Condition & Refurbished Parts Policy Many Elijah Customs systems contain professionally tested refurbished, pre-owned, or open-box components. This allows us to offer better performance and value than many competing systems while maintaining reliability.

Every refurbished component undergoes inspection and testing before being installed into a completed system.

Because refurbished components have been previously used, customers should expect normal signs of cosmetic wear, which may include: • Minor scratches

• Surface marks

• Small scuffs

• Light discoloration

• Minor imperfections on heatsinks, shrouds, or casings

• Wear on screws or mounting points

These cosmetic imperfections do not affect functionality and are not considered defects.

Cosmetic wear is not covered under warranty and does not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or replacements.

Whenever possible, major cosmetic defects that significantly impact appearance will be disclosed in the product listing. However, minor cosmetic imperfections may not be individually documented.
