Shipping Policy

Elijah Customs currently ships exclusively within the United States.

Free shipping is included on all prebuilt gaming PCs unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Custom orders may have different shipping terms depending on system size, location, or special requirements.

Every system is professionally packaged using protective materials to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Systems are inspected and tested before shipment to ensure they arrive in proper working condition.

Processing times may vary depending on inventory availability, custom modifications, and order volume. While most orders are shipped promptly, delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Elijah Customs is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect address information supplied during checkout.

Upon delivery, customers should inspect both the shipping box and system as soon as possible. If damage is discovered, customers should contact Elijah Customs within 48 hours and provide photographs of:

• The exterior packaging

• Any visible shipping damage

• The computer itself

• The shipping label

Elijah Customs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, holidays, natural disasters, or circumstances outside of our control.

Ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the customer upon successful delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier.
